Kiwifruit Information Resource (KIR) is dedicated to maintain and integrate comprehensive datasets on functional genomics and transcriptomics for kiwifruit (Actinidiaceae). Currently, the complete genome sequence of Actinidia chinensis cv. Hongyang and its genome structure, annotated transcripts, gene expression profiles, physical markers of genetic traits as well as relevant publications are included. Gene product information is updated regularly from the latest published literatures and community data submissions. KIR also provides basic analysis tools and extensive linkouts to facilitate research application.
